 Blog posts on Rosetta sites like https://cy.wordpress.org/2023/04/19
 /wordpress-yn-dathlu-20-mlynedd/, don't have equivalents on other sites
 (e.g., there's no post at https://fr.wordpress.org/2023/04/19/wordpress-
 yn-dathlu-20-mlynedd/).

 As such, the hreflang tags should be removed from these posts.
