 Likely related to #6483.

 Appears to be a client/rendering issue (as opposed to a Trac/Python one).

 HTML is there, but malformed – enough to make it look like nothing is
 there 👻

 Assigning to myself 🤳 because I think I see what's going on and how to
 fix it.
