 Buddy press Test & Report Bugs link not working on the
 https://codex.buddypress.org/participate-and-contribute/ page.

 Steps for the produce the bug.
 1. open https://codex.buddypress.org/participate-and-contribute/ the URL.
 2. Click on the new ticket! link in Test & Report Bugs sections.

 Also, I have added Screen short and video for reference.
