 As shown in the image, both the links **(logged in as {username} and
 Logout)** [Bottom Links] are sticked to the menu items **(Handbook Book
 Projects)**[Top Links]. When an user is supposed to click on the Bottom
 Links it's pretty tough to click on them because of less spacing.

 Can we consider to add more space here?

 CSS style here. I am ready to contribute to the CSS Styles here if we
 consider it.
