 Drupal handles this in an interesting way; they just have a very brief
 section about Drupal.org community sites, and point users to submit issues
 if they encounter accessibility problems. This could be a short-term
 solution, given that a complete audit of the WordPress.org network is
 simply not feasible in the short term.
