 Hi @harshgajipara,

 Error 5 (as shown) generally means that the uploaded file is being
 rejected for some reason, likely due to security or other similar issues.

 Can you attach the subtitle file you're trying to submit to this ticket?

 Also, in general, it would be appreciated if screenshots could be uploaded
 to the ticket directly, as links expire over time and make it harder to
 understand the issues later on.
