 In https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/52014 we're adding a
 welcome guide for a new feature in WP 6.3. The guide contains two small
 video files. These files need to be hosted at https://s.w.org which is
 what we do for other welcome guide assets e.g. https://s.w.org/images
 /block-editor/welcome-editor.gif.
