 We have a new dashboard we're using, so it would be great if we could
 redirect the old one to the new one.

 `https://make.wordpress.org/cli/dash/` -> `https://wp-cli.org/dashboard/`

 I already deleted the page for the old one. The redirect is just for any
 lingering references.
