 To do this, we just need to add the same Google Tag Manager snippet that's
 already used throughout the rest of the ecosystem.

 At a push, we could just use a native GA code, but that would:
 - Bypass a bunch of the privacy protections and configuration controls we
 have in GTM, and;
 - Require changing from UA to GA4 in a couple of months (or, require a
 dual roll-out, then an update in July)

 Note that this has been asked before (see
 https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4538), but it seems that internal
 politics are preventing us from fixing our leaky bucket ;)
