 URLs from legacy tag URL formats (like
 https://wordpress.org/tags/seo/page/2) redirect ''twice'' to reach their
 final destination. E.g.,
 - https://wordpress.org/tags/seo/page/2
 - https://wordpress.org/support/topic-tag/seo/page/2 (`/tags` > `/support
 /topic-tag`)
 - https://wordpress.org/support/topic-tag/seo/page/2/ (append trailing
 slash)

 This interstitial redirect should be removed, by adapting the initial rule
 to include the trailing slash.
