 It looks like this may already be on the Documentation website at
 https://wordpress.org/documentation/wordpress-versions/

 Is there any further work to do here, or can we close this ticket? IMO the
 landing page looks fine and matches the new design. Perhaps the Codex page
 at https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Versions should redirect/point to
 this new documentation page so we don't need to manage two different
 versions?
