 The credits correction made in [12902] introduced a gap in the "Noteworthy
 Contributors" section of the WordPress 6.3 credits page, reported in
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/59726. It
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/59726#comment:4 was suggested] to
 move another person into the missing space.

 This update moves the
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/59726#comment:6 next highest props
 receiver], @poena, into `core-developers` (see the
 [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uxlEve9j30UXqP44fLdUVYQhh2IRjluaLxICXUeojj4/edit?pli=1#gid=1989970429
 6.3 props spreadsheet] for reference).
