 The Developer Plugins' Handbook is prepared to be moved to the WordPress
 organization and be synced with the published Handbook.

 Actual Repo: https://github.com/javiercasares/developer-plugins-handbook
 Proper Repo: https://github.com/WordPress/developer-plugins-handbook

 There is a manifest to start the synchronization at
 https://github.com/javiercasares/developer-plugins-
 handbook/blob/main/manifest/handbook-manifest.json (it has the URL with
 the WordPress organization).

 To-Do:

 - Migrate https://github.com/javiercasares/developer-plugins-handbook to
 https://github.com/WordPress/developer-plugins-handbook
 - Allow @javiercasares access to the repo
 - Sync the new repo with the site (Markdown importer tool)
