#7238: Replace "NSFW" with a "Sensitive Content"

NSFW tags are great, but they are predominantly associated with adult
material (in fact, we explicitly refer to them in this context), where as
there are many other types of content that may be considered sensitive as
 well.

Unfortunately it is a reality that some folks may be in more targeted
groups, or just the content they publish may put others who stumble upon
it unknowingly, in a difficult position.

By using "sensitive content" instead of "Not Safe For Work" we can
hopefully be more considerate to a much more widespread collection of
 users.

Retaining the reference in code is probably not a problem, but this would
 instead require:
 - Updating the text under each post, which currently states "This topic
relates to mature content and may be considered Not Safe For Work (NSFW)".
 - Update the tag that prefixes forum titles when the box is ticked.

I'm not sure what these texts should instead say, so open to input here,
keeping in mind that a prefixed text should be short (or could also be an
abbreviation like today where we add the explanation via HTML markup).
