 I found three broken links on the "Getting Started at a Contributor Day"
 page of the core handbook.

 - First Steps > "Windows": The correct URL is
 https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/tutorials/installing-a-local-
 server/wampserver/.
 - Tasks > "Inline Docs": The correct URL is probably
 https://developer.wordpress.org/coding-standards/inline-documentation-
 standards/.
 - Gutenberg Contributons > Prerequisites > "Contoributing.md": It
 redirects to the correct URL, but the exact URL is
 "https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/trunk/CONTRIBUTING.md".
