 I'm wondering if a better way would be to adjust the make.wordpress.org
 homepage to have a callout to the contribute selection guide before the
 tiles instead?

 Having the full list of teams and short descriptions handy is nicer than
 being dropped straight into a wizard IMHO.

 I personally believe a bunch of people would see the wizard and bounce
 from the page rather than completing it - It's useful, but you need to
 have some context of "I want to contribute" first
