 I've updated:
  - `full list of tickets included in 6.3` 6.2 => 6.3
  - `6.3 release notes` to reference 6.3 **which is the same page that
 you're viewing** (I don't know why this is the case, the 6.2 page says the
 same thing, I assume this is a copy-paste from somewhere else)
