 Currently, the text in the discussion tab when reviewing a string says:
 "You are going to receive notifications for the questions in your language
 **because you are a GTE**. You will not receive notifications if another
 GTE or PTE for your language or CLPTE participates in a thread where you
 do not take part. Stop receiving notifications for this discussion. Stop
 receiving notifications."

 The issue I placed in bold. Currently, I'm only a GTE for nl_BE but not
 for nl_NL. Yet, I see this message in nl_NL as well. There I'm only a PTE
 for all plugins and themes. Making me wonder if PTE's see the exact same
 message... Which would give the wrong impression.
