New description:

 Currently the "Remembers" section is just a static page:

 https://wordpress.org/remembers/

 In order to keep it manageable, we are going to handle this information
 via individual user accounts (and have them all listed on that page). We
 will need the following (only Super Admins should be able to see or edit
 this info):

 - A "This is memorial profile" checkbox.

 If this box is checked, three more user meta fields would show:

 - Date of passing
 - Memorial text
 - URL (this will be used to point to a scholarship, external memorial or
 personal site)
