 Photo Directory, Admin CSS/JS: Remove the "+ New {term}" links for custom
 taxonomies when editing a photo.

 Category, color, and orientation terms are pre-configured and shouldn't be
 added on the fly. They can be added from the custom taxonomy management
 pages.
