#7166: Current Position in the Queue of Submitted Plugin

 As we can see the number of plugins in the queue. Also the minimum number
 of days to take action is shown there. But, the current position of the
 submitted plugin is not displayed.

 Scenario. Let's think, The Plugin's name is 'ABC Form'. The plugin is
 submitted 1 week ago. If on the first day the total plugin queue had 900
 plugins. and the current day have 1000 plugins to be reviewed, The author
 of the plugin will be confused about him/her submitted plugin status.

 We can add the current position like your plugin is in 250... That mean's
 the specific current position is shown and plugin author is satisfied.
