 Hello,

 Are you suggesting that the thumbnail of each video should be in the same
 format?

 If so, no. These are videos produced by a variety of WordCamp, Meetup, and
 other WordPress events (or for certain teams, such as Learn). These teams
 have design freedom over the videos they submit.
