 This actually exists now, as when VideoPress changed how it does it's
 encoding it split the videos into split audio+video tracks (which caused
 the Low/Medium/High variants to sometimes be without audio).

 I'm not sure if VideoPress exposes that to us though (but I'm fairly sure
 it does).
