 A solution could be:

 1. Set redirect for rosetta sites from
 /documentation/$URI to /support/articles/$URI

 this will prevent 404 in case links are accidentally "translated" to new
 /documentation/ articles

 2. Allow translation of Documentation link in rosetta footer (in meta
 /wordpress-org)
