 There are many Gravity Forms Add-on plugins currently in the repository.
 Gravity Forms is not available from the repository. If the devs of those
 add-on wish to take advantage of the messaging and function of the Plugin
 Dependencies features.

 I hope that these plugins wouldn't then be removed, hidden, or be
 otherwise unaccessible. That would be tantamount to saying if the whole
 plugin stack is not available from the repository then an add-on plugin
 cannot be in the repository.

 This feature isn't about whether the dependency is ONLY available from the
 repository. Please don't limit it as such.

 The Plugin Dependencies feature plugin has a `Requires at least: 6.0`.
