 Having two description fields is kind of pointless. There should be only
 one description of the image, and it should be the alt text for that
 image.

 Suggest we rename the labeling for the description field to "alt text" and
 make it mandatory.

 Also suggest going back and editing any descriptions we have, and make
 them suitable for alt text.
