 Several people have noticed that the "Enable the Also Viewing feature"
 checkbox on their profile sometimes gets randomly unchecked on its own.

 Profile URL example: `/support/users/USERNAME/edit/`

 To reactivate the feature, the box needs to be manually re-checked.
