 Thanks @priyomukul , I've took a look at it.

 In the meta handbook page's ''documentation'' section (link:
 https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/#documentation):

 ''The meta team uses this handbook mostly for **documentation**. As we
 develop further parts of WordPress.org, we’ll continue to document each
 piece of the site.''

 In the above text, ''**documentation**'' link is invalid. It redirects to
 a page (https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/documentation/) which
 doesn't exist.

 As U've rightly pointed out.

 Also,
 I've found that in the ''**Getting Started**''
 page(https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/getting-started/):

 ''The Meta team is always welcoming of contributions in Code,
 **Documentation**, and **Testing**.''

 In the above text,
 **''documentation''** redirects to this page
 (https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/getting-started/contribute-with-
 docs/) and ''**Testing**'' redirects to this page
 (https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/getting-started/contribute-with-
 testing/).
 Both of these page has no content in them.
