 The PR bot comments currently do not support editing the comment,
 sometimes this would be helpful though as Trac formatting doesn't always
 come over well.

 For example, https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3937#comment:15

 The attached PR will restore the Edit button and the editor, for users
 with comment editing capabilities only.
