Comment:

 Really hope that we will be able to have a discussion behind this stats
 removal. It really helped me as a plugin developer to see at least the
 trend-line of how good is the plugin doing. Now I feel like plugin
 developers / authors are left in the dark.
 Please do not kill WordPress and plugin development for WordPress with
 lack of transparency and bad communication.
 I really would love to see an alternative to these removed stats or at
 least the old ones brought back to life.
