 **Idea**:
 What if we gave users the ability to test a soon-to-be-released version of
 WordPress? We could add a link next to the beta release version number for
 example: https://wordpress.org/download/releases/#betas

 Building on that idea, what if we gave authors the ability to test their
 code in a soon-to-be-release version of WordPress? Could we give theme
 authors or plugin authors a link that loads the next release with their
 code pre-loaded?
