 Though I don't believe there's been a real solid reasoning given for
 removing the charts, I do believe there were reasons -- I wish @matt would
 provide all his reasoning clearly so we either have consensus or more
 informed discussions but it is what it is.

 But assuming there were real reasons to remove the charts then they're not
 coming back and the ship has sailed. Move on to bigger better ideas.
