 I suggest a change to the ticket Type here. I don't believe this issue is
 a Defect.

 More accurately, we've identified new challenges resulting from the
 existing processes here and we're looking for Enhancements to address
 these challenges: specifically that none of us have a clue what a topic is
 about until we visit the thread.

 I cite this distinction because someone could legitimately flag this and
 other tickets as "won't fix", because the issue isn't a "bug". Compare to
 Enhancement requests for quality of life improvements

 I can see someone arguing that this isn't a bug. But I find it difficult
 to understand how people can argue that it's not a problem that we are
 constantly presented with text that has no context.
