I would like to see the chart reinstated too, and possibly, I would like
to see more stats added rather than removed. 😔

That said, we still have a rudimentary way to see if our plugin's active
installs are growing or shrinking. ☝️

The popular plugin list is still there (and hopefully, it won't be removed
 or altered).

AFAIK active install count is the only ranking factor of the popular
 plugin list.

If your plugin is moving up on that list, it is likely growing 👍 (or at
least shrinking less than other plugins).

If your plugin is moving down, it will likely shrink 👎 (or at least grow
 less than other plugins).

I know it is not ideal, but it is what it is, and that is all we got. ¯\_(
 ツ)_/¯

Because wp.org only shows 99 pages (the 1st 1980 plugins), we quickly
built a site to provide those basic stats to all plugin authors.

The list is elementary and shows if a plugin is ranking higher or lower
than the day before and how many positions your plugin needs to climb to
reach the next milestone (for example, from 10k to 20k installs)

It is refreshed daily and can be found here [https://wp-rankings.com/ wp-
 rankings].

I hope it helps the community.
