 We still haven't gotten concrete answers as to why it was removed other
 than it prevented obfuscation and now vague insinuations people are
 scraping the data. If you have actual arguments on why it shouldn't be
 brought back, please supply those so it can be considered as well. If the
 data is being scraped, enable rate limits and blocks on the offending IPs
 and scrapers. There's tons of other stuff I'm sure being scraped and
 downloaded daily but those don't get removed.
