 Sweeping active growth chart is not welcomed. If it's a security concern
 then why don't just provide private area for developers to see stats? And
 if the stat is not accurate there could have improvements to see growth
 insight instead of removing the active install growth metric. Please
 clarify the true motive of the reason behind removing this.
