#6597: Ability to ignore the most used translation in the consistency tool

In nl_NL & nl_BE, sometimes we clean up old translations. Some translators
are trying to find all wrong translations with the consistency tool to get
rid of all the bad translations.

Now, the tool only searches until it has 500 results. But, what if there
are more than 500 entries and the entries it finds are all the correct
 translation?

I think it would be cool if we had an option where we could ignore only
the most popular result. In the example given earlier, you'd be able to
click a button where it says: "Ignore first result and search again". That
way the cool could search through the database without the first result to
 find the remaining wrong translations.
