 On individual plugin pages, the plugin's support forum link is presented
 as a 'Support' tab alongside 'Details', 'Reviews', and 'Advanced'.
 However, unlike those other links, 'Support' is not a tab but a link to
 another part of w.org (the support forums at wordpress.org/support/
 specific to the plugin). Since it isn't really a tab, the link to the
 support forum should be differentiated in some fashion, likely with a
 different presentation and relocated to some other area of the page but
 with no less prominence.
