#6565: Translate site: tracking new strings and other string status for relevant
official projects

I think it might be interesting and useful to have a locale based (eg:
it_IT) version of the https://translate.wordpress.org/stats page that
could include all relevant official projects.
Now some meta projects are not included, such as Openverse, Learn, Pattern
Dir, WordCamp.org. I guess due to some design or performance restrictions.
Each project (each row) could have links to each strings status group,
this will be useful because editors can go directly to the translations
that need a review (Fuzzy, Waiting, Request changes) and translators can
go directly to the Untraslated strings.
The list of projects I'm thinking of:
- Core projects: not only the last one, the versions listed in this page
(if it has sense):
https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/it/default/wp/
- Meta projects: all the active ones see this page:
https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/it/default/meta/
- Apps
- Relevant plugins still supported hat can be chosen from here:
https://profiles.wordpress.org/wordpressdotorg/#content-plugins
- Official themes still supported that can be chosen from here:
https://profiles.wordpress.org/wordpressdotorg/#content-themes
- Patterns
And maybe this new page could also include the current last three colums
of the Stats page(https://translate.wordpress.org/stats), with the total
numbers of waiting strings, example for it_IT:
Waiting strings it_IT: quantity of strings
Waiting themes it_IT: quantity of strings
Waiting plugins it_IT: quantity of strings
It could be something like this, where U (Untranslated), W (Waiting), F
(Fuzzy) and R-c (Request changes) are cells that could be filled with the
quantity of strings in that status:
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Project name | Untranslated | Waiting | Fuzzy | Request changes |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| WordPress Core 6.1.x - Development | U | W | F | R-c |

I hope I was clear in my textual representation.
At the moment I personally open all the relevant projects, to me as a GTE,
with a little local JavaScript from my browser and often Translate site
logically responds to me: "too many requestes", and I agree with it!
