Comment:

 I took the colour from the example image here, not realising that it was
 also the docs team colour :)

 I picked that up after updating https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook
 /tutorials-guides/profile-badges/ via #6329.

 The Photos site doesn't really have any unique visual design right now, so
 I just went with the example here due to lack of anything else to guide.

 I'm re-opening this, but not rushing to change the colour..
