 Hello there, your screenshot is about
 https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/astra/ which is the default listing view
 of Trac/SVN which is not controlled by us.

 I'm going to close this as ''wontfix'' as there's no benefit in having
 this list in a "natural order" since it's only intended for use with SVN
 commands.
