 #1429 and this go hand in hand IMHO.

 The way I envisioned it:
  - WordCamp selection list, possibly pulled from the WordCamp central wp-
 json API
  - Upon selecting the WordCamp, fetch the sessions / speakers details via
 site-specific wp-json
  - Upon session selection, auto-fill the fields on the upload form with
 those details.

 The above would be purely client-side javascript.

 We could add extra fields on the WordPress.TV side to store any additional
 metadata needed, such as the Session that it was imported from, or the
 WordCamp Twitter account (to fill in the Event Term metadata)

 I'm not sure if the WordCamp API's expose all that's needed, but if not,
 adding public data can be easily added.
