 When a topic has been closed, the report button is not available in the
 sidebar. Perhaps it can be discussed if we need it to be there, but now
 and then a user finds old, previously undetected spam in old auto-closed
 threads, too.

 Unfortunately, also the button to remove modlook is not shown in auto-
 closed topics. So once the moderator has checked the topic, they need to
 manually edit the topic in order to remove the modlook tag.
