 Splitting it the same way like locale translation contributors would be
 nice.

 example:
 https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=ru_RU

 Current Translation Contributors (1,047)
 (list goes here)

 Past Translation Contributors (1,633)
 (those were not active for more than a year)


 I suggest to keep same wording (current and past contributors) and time
 period for inactivity.
