 Support Forums: Prefix the plugi/themen name only to email notifications,
 do not include the Forum name or Forum Site name as a prefix.

 eg. This changes it from `[WordPress.org Forums] [Plugin Name] Thread
 title` to just `[Plugin Name] Thread title`.
