Comment:

 This is fine.

 The glossary item is intended to float over top of everything, and close
 once you move away from it (in the case of mouse users).

 Yes, it's possible to trigger the given scenario momentarily if you use a
 mouse to hover over it, and then scroll the page without moving the mouse,
 but that's not worth anyones time in fixing.
