Comment:

 The colours here are the default link styles used throughout many parts of
 the site.

 You've visited Core/Polyglots, you've not visited
 Design/Mobile/Accessibility/Support.

 `2nd-opinion` because.. I don't think we strictly need the visited-links-
 are-different styles here, but I don't think it's any major harm either.

 `Priiority: low` because this is super minor.
