 @dd32 A contributor reported a related issue in the Japanese Slack, so I
 submitted:
 https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress/issues/1462
 Thanks to Dominik I arrived here.

 I'm not sure if there is a solution here to solve both situations.
 Maybe if it's a manual self-reject translation, allow status change back
 to Waiting?
 But I'm not sure if it complicates things too much.
