 In the [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/6.0/src/wp-
 includes/l10n.php?marks=590#L587 _n_noop() function DocBlock], the
 returned array includes the `'0'` (zero) array key.

 On the [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/_n_noop/
 _n_noop() function page], while the key description is displayed, the key
 itself is not, see the screenshot.
