 I just tested the change, it does not seem to work for me.

 Clicking the link sends me to
 `https://wordpress.org/themes/browse/undefined/`

 Chrome 103 on Mac OS 12.4
 Safari 15.5 on Mac OS 12.4
 Firefox 101 on Mac OS 12.4

 On the other hand, accessing the linked URL
 `https://wordpress.org/themes/tags/full-site-editing/` directly via the
 browser url bar works as intended. I guess there are JS shenanigans
 intercepting the click action.
